Who is eligible to join the Highlands Home Services Network?
We exclusively partner with licensed contractors who actively serve Highlands County, Florida. Every applicant is verified against the Florida DBPR database before approval. We accept contractors covering Sebring, Avon Park, Lake Placid, Lorida, and Venus. Unlicensed operators are not accepted under any circumstances.
Are leads delivered exclusively or shared with other contractors?
Every verified lead is routed exclusively to one contractor. No other pro in the network receives that homeowner's contact information — not at delivery, not later, not ever. You are not competing against anyone else for the same job.
What does pay-per-lead mean and when am I billed?
You only pay for verified leads delivered to you — never in advance and never on a retainer. There are no monthly fees and no long-term contracts. Your per-lead rate is agreed at setup, and billing occurs only after a verified lead is transmitted to you.
How will I receive leads once I join the network?
Leads are delivered via your preferred channel — SMS, email, or phone — in real time. For emergency requests, delivery is triggered immediately.
Is there a long-term contract or monthly commitment?
No. There are no long-term contracts and no monthly retainers. You pay only for leads received, and you can adjust your coverage area as your schedule changes.

We review every contractor application and pricing inquiry and respond within 1 business day. Submit your application with your Florida license number and the Highlands County cities you cover, and our team will follow up directly.
